Awesome airbrush makeup even in AZ summer! posted 9/27/2010 weddingchannel.com

I really had a hard time finding someone to do airbrush makeup, but I got Paloma from kensington to come to my hotel room and do stunning hair and makeup for $150. I highly recommend airbrush because it will give you a flawless look and will NOT melt off (I'm proof! I had a June wedding in AZ!) She also gave me fake eyelashes that were so beautiful and she clipped in extensions to make a long, messy curled side pony tail. She probably only took 45 minutes, too! i didn't have to spend 4 hours in the salon on the day of my wedding! It was relaxing and my best decision!

Picture Perfect Wedding Makeup from Kensington Makeup. Kensington Makeup is a definite “must” when prepping for your wedding (they’ll travel to your location and can handle the makeup for your wedding party, moms and even flower girl). Plus, many of their artists do hair and airbrush tanning, too. Prices range from $100-$225 for bridal makeup, depending on the artist skill level.

Holli has worked very hard to put together an incredible team of talented artists. We had Holli, Tiffany and Jessica taking care of all 10 girls. They came to our room at Fire Sky Resort and managed to do all our hair and makeup in time for pictures. They are very talented and made all the ladies look incredible for the wedding. I had a couple trials (thank you Holli!) and managed to change my hair style one more time the day of. Holli rolled with the change and styled my hair exactly the way I had hoped. It was perfect!! :)

I just wanted to let you know how great Amy and Travisean were at my wedding. Im sure you know this, but they are both amazing. They were both on time, even early, so professional, and did such a great job on everyone in the party. They really worked so hard and stayed until the very end to make sure everything was perfect. I received so many compliments on both hair and makeup that day. All of the bridesmaids looked beautiful, like high fashion models. I was lucky enough to connect with Holli and Kensington Make-up from my florist at the Wedding Warehouse. I did a trail run complete with make-up, hair, and spray tanning. When I wasn't completely satisfied with my hair the first time,Holli was kind enough to come back and work with me on a hair style that I felt comfortable with. Holli made me feel at ease, and how I felt about my make-up and hair was as important to me as it was to her. With a game plan in place I was extremely excited for my big day to arrive.

A few days before the wedding I had a tan-tini party for myself and all of my bridesmaids. It was so much fun to get beautifully bronze with all of my bridesmaids while enjoying some cocktails. Every bridal party needs to do this! Not only was it a blast, but everyone looked so healthy and tan in the pictures. The spray tans came out great, with zero orange and nothing but bronze.

The day of the wedding was a whirlwind. Holli and her team showed up promptly and went right to work. They were able to get through ten individuals, and we were all ready on schedule for pictures. I was very nervous that I wouldn't feel as pretty as I thought I should on my wedding day. That I would just look the same as every other day with a little more make-up. Honestly I have never felt more beautiful, gorgeous, and confident than on my wedding day. . . which is exactly the way it should be. Throughout the entire wedding process I kept telling myself that the pictures were the most important part, because after the cake has been cut and the guests have left they are the only thing that a couple has left. But the pictures would be worthless if a bride felt she did not look like a beautiful bride. A smile spreads across my face every time I look at any of my wedding pictures, because it reminds me of how good I felt on that day. I hope every bride can feel as good as I did on my wedding day . . . and if she choose Holli and Kensington Make-Up. . . she will!

Holli was really great. She's the owner of the company and we ended up with her as our make up artist because they were having trouble booking us someone else in our price range, so we got an upgrade. We got 7 people's make up done for $500 (8 are actually included in the package). They do hair too, which we didn't do.
